i went into a bookshop yesterday and besides the fact that fifty shades is number 1 ugh wtf hunger games was STILL in the top 10 and so was catching fire. and just looking around the bookshop, there were piles upon piles of hunger games books, all three of them, all different covers, posters, companion books, in all sections of the shop, just EVERYWHERE. one of them even had that little reviewer card under it where a staff member talks about how brilliant it is and i guess what i’m trying to say is i don’t think anyone will ever understand my sense of satisfaction at seeing this, i feel like my child has just come home with a straight-a report card i just feel so proud and motherly and it’s weird
